This year, our YPOSMB Presidents' Retreat takes luxury accommodation to the next level: We have the AAA Five-Diamond, adults-only Grand Velas Boutique with 79 spacious ocean-view suites, each with a private terrace that features either a plunge pool or outdoor jacuzzi, all to ourselves. Every suite exceeds 900 sq ft with a private terrace, personal jacuzzi, and a 24-hour concierge — the kind of setting best savored beyond the agenda.

To make that easy, we have secured the group rate for the nights immediately surrounding the program. Reserve by August 15, 2026 — availability at these rates is limited and released on a first-come basis.

Grand Velas Boutique is adults-only and fully all-inclusive — gourmet dining, premium beverages, and resort experiences are included throughout your stay. The All-Inclusive begins at 3pm on arrival day and concludes at 11am with breakfast on departure day.

On check-out day, the only meal included is breakfast. Extensions of the All-Inclusive (lunch) are allowed at a charge of USD $95.00 per person and include lunch & beverages until 5pm.
Late check-out from suites does not include meals; it is subject to availability and generates an automatic extra charge of 50% (fifty percent) of the confirmed suite rate. The latest check-out time allowed is 6pm.

All-inclusive, or à la carte.

The difference is not the level of service. It is who carries the variables — and how much of the week is decided before you board.

One figure, no surprises.

Best for programs with a fixed budget and a large guest list, where nobody should be reaching for a wallet during the week. We price the whole voyage as a single number and the yacht absorbs consumption.
